Loom & Wood is an exclusive set of ten works by artist Jeff Brunette, exploring the composition of textiles with the beauty of natural wood. The act of placing these materials together on a wall gives them a new sense of purpose and added meaning. Loom & Wood draws the viewer in, allowing them to see and touch the intricate textile patterns and striking wood grain.
Each piece is handcrafted from select hardwoods from all over the world, with vintage rug fragments provided by New England Loom. Except for the occasional use of white paint to balance a composition, all colors and textures are natural.
